SMC Brownill Vickers have completed the two lettings at Westpoint, Durham Road, Laindon, Essex.
Francois Neyerlin at SMC Brownill Vickers working with joint agent Stephen James, acted on behalf of a private property company to let two modern hybrid business units.
Unit 3 Westpoint has been let to Mamedica Dispensary Ltd, who a wholesale pharmacy distribution company.
Unit 5 Westpoint is now let to McKinley Controls Ltd who provide engineering consulting services.
Westpoint is a business unit scheme built in 2008. Located in Laindon, Essex and with good access to the A127, A13 as well as the M25 motorway network.
