SMC Brownill Vickers have agreed a letting of the first floor space at Unit 7, Riverside Court, Don Road, Sheffield.
New tenant, Uberlink Ltd have taken on a new 4 year lease and will use the space for offices and storage for a gadget / mobile phone business. Francois Neyerlin at SMC Brownill Vickers represented to the landlord, Intelligent Facility Solutions Limited, negotiating terms and seeing the transaction through to completion.
Our client Intelligent Facility Solutions Ltd approached SMC Brownill Vickers in order to let out surplus first floor accommodation within the building they occupied, in order to mitigate costs and produce an income flow. Our client will continue to occupy the ground floor part of the building.
