SMC Brownill Vickers have sold a freehold commercial premises at 475 Manchester Road in Stocksbridge.
Agent, Francois Neyerlin at SMC Brownill Vickers acted on behalf of a private vendor client, to conclude a sale of this two storey retail premises. The property had been tenanted by Ladbrokes for many years before the bookmaker closed the store in early 2022.
A marketing campaign which included advertising on commercial property websites, V-board and emailing marketing resulted in a good level of enquiries and viewings. A sale has now been concluded to a commercial owner occupier who intends to fit out for their own business use.
