SMC Brownill Vickers have sold 162 Baslow Road, Sheffield!
Acting on behalf of a local commercial property owner, Francois Neyerlin at SMC Brownill Vickers, has sold this ground floor retail / office premises on a freehold basis. The ground floor commercial unit was offered with vacant possession, and the upper floor flat sold off on a long leasehold basis with a small ground rent income.
The property attracted interest from a variety of new and small business occupiers from sectors, including beauty, food, medical, dental, finance and general office use. After a best and final offers deadline a buyer was selected and a freehold sale completed early in 2023.
The buyer intends to refurbish the unit internally and occupy the property for a psychological and behavioral therapy support business, which is due to open later in the year.
