Property Manager
Georgia joined us in July 2020 as a Graduate Surveyor and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2023. Her role covers various types of properties and involves all aspects of property management including client and tenant liaison, rent control and Landlord & Tenant advice.
Georgia also deals with valuations being registered with the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme as well as agency and lease consultancy.
Previous experience includes a year with McCarthy & Stone in the land acquisitions team. She has also worked with 4Urban in Harrogate. She has a 2:1 in Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University
Outside of work Georgia enjoys socialising with family and friends. She confesses to being a foodie – thanks to the chef skills of her boyfriend!
