Robin has been with SMC Brownill Vickers for over 20 years becoming a Director in 2009. He has overseen the strategic development of our multidisciplinary practice to help facilitate its growth and he encourages the team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
Robin prides himself on delivering a personal service and is passionate about building long term relationships with clients. He is committed to delivering knowledgeable, accurate and independent advice in a professional manner.
A well-regarded and respected Chartered Surveyor with approaching twenty years post qualification experience, Robin specialises in Valuation, Agency and Professional Service instructions involving commercial premises as well providing specialist advice to the licensed property sector.
Robin is highly experienced in all aspects of property valuation with significant involvement in undertaking valuations for secured lending purposes. He is nominated on the valuation panels for the majority of high street lenders and is an RICS Registered Valuer.
In addition to providing lease advice for both owners and occupiers, Robin also acquires, sells and lets commercial, licensed and investment properties for a variety of clients of all sizes.
Outside of work, Robin is a keen skier and is a volunteer coach at Sheffield Rugby Club. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, as well as catching up with friends over a good pint.
