SMC Brownhill Vickers have concluded the sale of 548-550 Langsett Road, Sheffield.
Francois Neyerlin, at SMC Brownill Vickers represented a private vendor to dispose of the long leasehold interest located in the main retailing area in Hillsborough.
The property comprised of a ground floor and basement retail premises, with two flats to the upper floors. The retail part of the property and one flat was offered with vacant possession, with one flat currently let on an AST basis.
The buyer (connected to the Beer House on Ecclesall Road) intends to refurbish the commercial part of the premises to create a new micropub venue in Hillsborough. Refurbishment works are currently underway and an opening date is planned for later in 2023.
