SMC Brownill Vickers have advised S4S London in connection to a property acquisition in Edgeware, north west London.
Francois Neyerlin at SMC Brownill dealt with the acquisition, to find a dental lab / office / studio space of up 2500 sq ft, within 20 minutes of Edgeware and walking distance to a tube station.
S4S are one of the fastest growing dental lab companies in the UK, with headquarters in Sheffield, and established since 2005. S4S London is the latest move to build on S4S ‘s strong position in the dental industry; services related to teeth straightening, snoring, bruxism, and orthodontics.
The new Edgeware location well provide further momentum for growth of the business. The location is close to Edgeware town centre and within walking distance of Edgeware Underground Station, with access to the Northern Line made it an ideal location for our client for easy transportation in and around north, west and central London.
