Management Software We Use

We utilise the Re-Leased management software, which allows Landlords/Tenants and Property Managers to have interactive applications, thus allowing all facets of management to be visible to all stakeholders throughout the rental process.

Landlord Fees We Charge

Our Fully Managed Services costs are:

  • £250 plus VAT letting fee
  • 10-12.5% plus VAT monthly management fee

Our Let Only Service costs are:

  • £300 plus VAT letting fee
