The valuation of property is at the heart of our business

Our valuation surveyors use their extensive experience, market insight and knowledge to deliver valuations in a timely manner, which provide clients with informed, impartial and independent advice that is fully accountable.

We work closely with our agency colleagues to understand the transactional market and market dynamics to deliver clear insight and analysis across all sectors. We are proud that all our valuation instructions are handled by Senior and Director level valuers who are all members of the RICS Registered Valuers Scheme being experts in their field and collectively having a proven reputation.

We are regulated by RICS meaning that all of our valuations comply with the RICS Valuation Global Standards (The Red Book) which ensures the accuracy, consistency and quality of reporting. 

We act for a variety of high street banks, building societies, specialist property lenders, property companies, pension companies and public sector bodies together with businesses of all sizes and private individuals.
