Francois Neyerlin at SMC Brownill Vickers, acting on behalf of a private local landlord client has let this shop property, which provides commercial space over ground and lower ground floors. A new 5 year lease has been agreed to a private individual trading as ‘Amie – Nails and Beauty.’
The retail premises attracted interest from a variety of commercial occupiers including barbers, food uses, nails and beauty and hardware. Following a change of use application from Class E to a Nail Parlour (Sui Generis), permission was granted conditionally on 8th February 2023.
The new letting to ‘Amie – Nails and Beauty’ will add to the diversity of occupiers on the retail parade fronting Baslow Road, which also includes a fruit & veg shop, Indian takeaway, hairdressers, pharmacy, chiropodist, deli & café, opticians and a variety of other local retailers.
