SMC Brownill Vickers have let 19a Station Road in Upminster (London Borough of Havering)
SMC working with joint agent Stephen James, have secured the letting of 19a Station Road to St Vincent de Paul Society as a new high end charity shop. This property was occupied by a women clothes shop prior to covid.
SMC Brownill Vickers acted on behalf of Etcetera Construction Services Ltd to agree a new 10 year lease. All ground retail units are now occupied for our landlord client, which also includes an Italian restaurant, hair salon, children’s charity and nursery with office suites above. This location on Station Road is a high footfall location close to a number of major occupiers such as Costa, Waitrose, Pizza Express and a route through to Upminster train and tube station.
St Vincent de Paul Society (SVP) is an international organisation in the Catholic Church providing help and assistance to poor and vulnerable people in society. SVP provide a wide range of assistance through community projects, youth work, social justice, overseas aid and community shops. Upminster has a strong Catholic presence with St Joseph’s Catholic Church, St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School and Sacred Heart of Mary Girls’ School all within close proximity.
SMC Brownill Vickers and Stephen James are very pleased to have completed this letting and look forward to seeing the shop up and running.
