SMC Brownill Vickers have let Unit 4, Sheffield Parkway Retail Park to 23.5 Degrees (a UK Starbucks franchise partner)!

The property had previously been occupied by Carphone Warehouse before being marketed as a potential retail / drive thru opportunity. The property located within Parkway Retail Park to the east of Sheffield city centre and with access off the busy A57 dual carriageway and key commuter route into Sheffield city centre. The letting to Starbucks adds occupiers including Home Bargains, Matalan, Iceland, Card Factory, Subway, Burger King, Greggs and Buzz Bingo.
